What to expect after birth

During the consult or group class we will discuss multiple topics covering what to expect for the first few months after the birth of your baby. Much different then what you learn in your childbirth or prenatal class. This specific class prepares you for once you bring the baby home, or after birth if you have a home birth.

It may seem overwhelming, but I am here to help ease the transition into parenthood, to help you make informed decisions and understand your own goals and values, empowering you to parent in the best way for your family. Offering in-person, virtual, or private in-home consults. The group class is offered virtually.
